19 Rivoli is a photography/lifestyle blog that profiles interesting people in interesting places. People in their apartments, homes, workplaces, workshops, or wherever they feel the most comfortable and their surroundings reflect who they are. My goal is to capture a piece of each person through the objects they surround themselves with, and to reflect their personalty through photography.

My name is James Pouliot, an American in France. 19 Rivoli is the answer to a longtime question: what to do with my eye and my talent as a photographer?  I love traveling, reading, and writing. 

What's in a name:

19 Rivoli is my street number. People allow me into their spaces, which is a very trustful and personal thing. Thus, I share my world with you. It's all about sharing.
