Paris Photographs

Lately I have been taking a lot of shots around Paris just for my own enjoyment. Sometimes I takes these shots before a scheduled photoshoot and other times I have been going out on photowalks just because Paris is so beautiful. Living here means that often I take the beautiful surroundings for granted. You can see a lot of these photos if you check out my instagram account but I figured I would do a quick post and share some of them here.

Loved the light behind this metro stop at St. Germain des Pres metro station.

This house covered in Ivy is too much beauty for me to handle. Captured in Le Marais.

I love that in Paris, even a small boutique looks like a small castle.

Read any good books lately? Who doesn’t love these small stalls on the banks of the Seine.

The Pantheon.

Les Deux Magots, the epitome of the classic French cafe.

Loved this light that I managed to capture in the Tuleries Gardens.

Le Nemours, one of Paris’ most photogenic cafes. You can tell I have a think for cafes.

Some autumn colors in Paris.

Sunrise on the Seine.

La Perouse Restaurant. I recently celebrated a friends birthday here.

That doesn’t look diet friendly: hot chocolate at La Scossa cafe.

Saint Severin Cafe on Place St Michel. I love this vibrant student area of Paris.

And the award for most photogenic cappuccino goes to… La Scossa.

Pont Alexandre III, the most beautiful bridge in Paris!
